Using the "Save to Desktop" link, you simply save your resume to your local computer, and your Resume & Cover Letter are automatically converted from the online format to Word, RTF, or (for e-mail only) HTML.

The "Save to Desktop" link saves your documents exactly as you see them online.  Word and RTF formats retain your formatting. Most employers prefer this format. HTML (for e-mail only) preserves formatting and lets the e-mail recipient view the documents right in their e-mail browser. Give them what they want… just the way they want it!
